Good Morning,
My practice is to be. aware. To wake up
Most the time we are lost in our identifying with our experiences.
I pay attention to what I am aware of, I do not notice the Observer being aware.
Another words my awareness looses itself in the experience . The activity.what is happening, the props; objects, the people, the setting etc.
We are method actors!
And we suffer.
To identify ourself with the experience, is to overlook who is having the experience?
" The worlds a stage and all the men and women merely actors, they have their exits and their entrances, and in his lifetime a man will play many parts, his life separated into seven acts."
William Shakespeare understood this
Awareness is always there ! It has been with us from the beginning
I invite you to Step into the Observer
To breathe
I am Sitting in the audience watching as I act in my role as my experience unfolds.
The actor, the role and the one observing are the same.
PRACTICE:
Meditation and contemplation is also part of a daily practice
First thing as we awaken
Gratitude for the Gift of this day, the Opportunity that is given.
Set your Intention
Meditation : silent stillness connecting with the breath This can be five a 5 minutes or more!
A Mantra or A prayer
Step Into The Observer as often as possible through out your day
At the end of your day
Contemplate just note do not judge, find fault etc.
A Prayer before sleep
Full of
Compassion and
Gratitude
